    Failed to insert diagram from Diagram Library. Error shows “Shapes(unkown member）：Invalid request ...”

    Possible reason: Failed to call the cllipboard.

    Scenario 1: Due to the functional limitations of Office 2007, some resources will report this error.

    Solution 1:  Please use higher version of Office (2013 and above) or WPS Office.

     

    Scenario 2: Only few resources have been reported error. It might because of the cache issue.

    Solution 2: iSlide > Settings > General > Clear Cache
