Solution

• Try to use the same file to export file with the same configuration on other computer, to see if there is also an error, so that you will confirm whether it is Office problem of your computer (if yes, you can repair your Office in Tools);

• Try to use the same file to export as file with the lower resolution;

• Try to switch to other Office versions. Generally, Office 2010 has the highest success rate, but Office 2016 offers higher quality options;
