    Problem description: The account shows "Connected / Authorizing", but you cannot move on to the next step.

    Possible reason: FIPS related registry items error


    [Solution]

    1. Find and open iSlide Toolbox in the Start Menu of your PowerPoint

    2. Click iSlide Toolbox > Diagnose & Fix > Fix Fips
