    The log prompts "Underlying connection is closed" related errors

    Problem description: Your account shows "Offline" and cannot connect to the server, but your Internet browser can be used normally.

    Possible reason: The system WebSock is abnormal.


    Solution
    Click Start >> All Programs >> Prompt command line cmd.exe >> (right-click) Admin Privilege Run, Right-click to copy & paste to black dialog netsh winsock reset, and restart computer as required.
