The interface of "Export Video" feature

  1. Preset: Low quality (480P), Internet qualilty (720P), Presentation quality (1080P) and Customization

  2. Vertical resolution: The vertical resolution of exported video ranges from480P to 1920P. You can adjust it according to your needs

  3. Frames per second: Frame rate (expressed in frames per second or FPS) is the frequency (rate) at which consecutive images called frames appear on a display. Frame rate may also be called the frame frequency, and be expressed in hertz. The higher the frame rate, the better quality you will get in video and animation. Most videos are displayed at 24-30fps

  4. Quality of exported video: The higher the quality, the clearer the video

  5. Default duration of each slide

  6. Use timings and narrations

 

You will need to set these parameters manually only when you choose "Customization".

In most cases, it is recommended to use the preset to export videos directly with one click.

 

Suggestion

  • Office 2010: 720P, 960P

  • Office 2013 and Office 365/2016: try 1080P

  • Office 365/2016: 1080P
