    Design Tools disappears / Nothing happened when I click Design Tools button

    [Problem Description]

    The Design Tools quick access bar doesn't display on the right side of PowerPoint interface.


    [Possible Reason]

    The Acitvex control is abnormal


    [Solution]

    1. Find and open iSlide Toolbox in the Start Menu of your computer;

    2. Click Install/Uninstall > Install for current user;

    3. Restart your PowerPoint program to check whether Design Tools quick access bar display on the right side or not;

    4. If not, please try to open iSlide Toolbox again, and click the other three options under Install/Uninstall one by one
