    After installed iSlide add-in, my PowerPoint program crashes every time I try to open it

    Solution

    (This solution is for Windows 7 operating system only)

    1. Click Control Panel » Programs and Features to check your Microsoft .NET Framework version;
    2. If you have already installed Microsoft .NET Framework version later than 4.5, please uninstall the later version first, then download and install Microsot .Net Framework 4.5 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30653
    3. Once done, please reboot your computer to see if everything goes to normal.
