[Solution 1]
- Uninstall iSlide Tools: find iSlide Tools by clicking Control Panel > Programs, and right click on it, choose uninstall;
- Re-install iSlide. In the installation process, when in the [Select installation folder] step, click "Browse" to install it in a new folder on another disk;
- Once the installation is done, restart your PowerPoint program to check whether everything is ok.
[Solution 2]
- Close the PowerPoint files and disable your anti-virus softwares temporarily;
- Search [iSlide] on My Computer;
- Press Ctrl+A to select all the iSlide-related files shown in the result, and right click to delete all of them. If some files cannot be deleted, just skip;
- Download iSlide from official website and re-install it.
