Problem description:

I have created an account on iSlide website. But I failed to log in to iSlide add-in with this account, it shows “the user doesn’t exist”.

Possible reason:

Our website and add-in adopt two seperate login system. Your iSlide website account is for you to access iSlide help center, leave down your comments, communicate with other iSlide users and more. However, to use iSlide add-in, you will need to create an account through the login system of iSlide add-in. Please note that currently we only provide support for the login system of iSlide add-in.

Optimization plan:

We will integrate the two login systems in the future. Please allow us some time.

Temporary solution:

You can create an account in iSlide add-in by using the same email. Or you can quickly log in to iSlide add-in with your Facebook, Google account and more.
