Possible reason ONE (probability: ★★★★☆): The iSlide add-in doesn't support XP system. The Mac version is under development.It is about to support Mac.
Install Microsoft Office 2010 or later. Office 2016 / 365 is recommended.
PS: Office 2007 only works offline.
Possible reason TWO (probability: ★★★☆☆): You didn't completely shut down the PowerPoint software.
Completely close all the PowerPoint processes and open it. If you are not sure whether you have completely shut down the processes, just shut down the computer and try it again.
Possible reason THREE (probability: ★★☆☆☆): The COM Add-on is not enabled.
Office 2007: Click Office button in the upper left corner >> PowerPoint Options >> Add-ons >> Management: COM Add-on >> Go to , and you will open the COM add-on window
Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016: Documents >> Options >> Add-ons >> Management: COM Add-on >> Go to, and you will open the COM Add-on window
- WPS Office: Please create a new blank presentation, then click the drop-down triangle near the WPS Presentation tab in the upper left corner > Tools > COM Add-ins, and you will open the COM add-on window
Then, select the iSlide Tools, confirm and check whether it is enabled
