Please restart PowerPoint software after payment and log in to your iSlide account again.
Possible reason TWO: The Premium account is offline.
Open iSlide Menu bar >> Account >> Log in, just log in again.
Possible reason THREE: You have logged in via the wrong account.
Please check whether you have logged in via the account that you bought the Premium;
