Possible reason ONE: You used the BETA version. All APIs of the beta version have been deprecated.
Please download the latest version of installation package from our official website.
Possible reason TWO: System WebSock Exceptions
Problem description: You cannot connect to the server but can still use the web browser. It prompts "the underlying connection is closed" in the logs.
How to check the logs:
Click Start >> All Programs >> Prompt command line cmd.exe >> (right-click) Admin Privilege Run, Right-click to copy & paste to black dialog netsh winsock reset, and restart computer as required
